Planner and account data
Browser-saved Yours Panoply plans stay on the visitor’s device. People who share that browser may be able to see them, and clearing browser storage removes them.
Free account registration collects a username and email address and stores a secure password representation through WordPress. Verification emails contain a one-time link that expires after 24 hours. Aggregate lifecycle counts and a bounded operational audit record the event type, time and internal user ID; they do not record plan contents or raw IP addresses.
Verified members may explicitly save a private plan copy for continuity across devices. An account plan can include its name, chosen cases, checklist items, statuses, quantities, estimates, spending limit and custom notes. It is available only to that member and site administrators with legitimate operational access, and a member can delete it from the planner.
The public cases API and llms.txt contain published editorial content only. They do not expose browser or account plans, budgets, custom checklist items, account details, drafts or administration data.
This draft describes the planner and account plugin only. Hosting, email delivery, account security, analytics, payments or other WordPress services may process data separately and must be documented before those services are enabled.
